In short

What the website knows about you

The distriktprague.cz website informs about the programme of the DISTRIKT club. It has no registration, no contact form and no shop, and we do not sell tickets on it – you do not have to give us any information here.

We process personal data only to the extent described below: technical data needed to deliver the pages, visitor statistics only with your consent, and e-mails you send us yourself.

This policy applies from 26 September 2026. This is an English translation; the Czech version is binding.

Controller

Who processes your data

The controller of personal data is CUBISM PRODUCTION s.r.o., company ID 17723027, registered office Ovenecká 377/6, Holešovice, 170 00 Prague 7, Czech Republic, entered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, file 375581. The company operates the DISTRIKT club and this website.

For anything concerning personal data, write to us at info@distriktprague.cz, or by post to our registered office.

Running the website

When you open the website

With every request, your browser sends the server technical data without which the page cannot be delivered: your IP address, the date and time of the request, the address of the requested page, the address of the page you came from, and the identification of your browser and operating system.

The server writes this data to operational records (logs) used to keep the website secure and reliable, for example to detect and fend off attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running the website securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The records are kept only as long as necessary for this purpose and are then deleted automatically.

The website runs for us on servers in the Czech Republic operated by Blueboard.cz Webhosting s.r.o., company ID 05448565, Kováků 3280/5, 150 00 Prague 5, which processes the data as our processor.

Cookies

What the website stores in your browser

Without your consent, the website stores in your browser only what is necessary for it to work or what you explicitly ask for (Section 89(3) of Czech Act No. 127/2005 Coll., on Electronic Communications):

• moove_gdpr_popup – remembers your choice in the cookie bar; valid for 1 year.
• distrikt_lang – remembers the website language; stored only when you switch the language yourself; valid for 1 year.
• d-lang-switch (session storage) – a short-lived marker for a smooth language switch; deleted as soon as the next page loads.

Only with your consent do we store analytics cookies:

• _ga and _ga_86P5YZKYLM – Google Analytics; tell visitors apart by a random identifier without knowing who they are; valid for up to 2 years (some browsers shorten this).

You can give, change or withdraw your consent at any time in the Cookie settings (also linked in the footer of every page). When you withdraw it, we delete the analytics cookies from your browser. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.

The YouTube video player may store its own data only after you start a video yourself – see below. Website administrators use WordPress’s technical cookies after logging in to the administration; this does not concern ordinary visitors.

Statistics

Visitor statistics

If you consent, we measure visits with Google Analytics 4. We learn which pages people visit, where they come from (for example a search engine or a social network), which country they are in and which device and browser they use. We only see the results as aggregate statistics. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Google Analytics uses your IP address only to derive an approximate location (country, city) and does not store it. We keep the data in Google Analytics for 14 months; it is then deleted automatically. We do not link the statistics to advertising services and do not use them for advertising.

The service is provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, as our processor. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA, which is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, for which the European Commission adopted an adequacy decision (10 July 2023).

Google

Content loaded from Google

Some parts of the website are loaded directly from Google’s servers. Your browser connects to a Google server, so Google receives your IP address and technical data about your browser. Nothing is stored in your browser in the process. These are:

• Google Tag Manager – a tool that starts, or does not start, Google Analytics according to your choice in the cookie bar; it loads on every page.
• the map on the Contact page (Google Maps),
• YouTube video thumbnails on event pages.

The YouTube player itself loads only after you start a video with the play button. It loads from youtube-nocookie.com (privacy-enhanced mode) and may store data in your browser, for example player settings. By starting a video you agree to this; until you do, YouTube is not loaded.

We use these connections on the basis of our legitimate interest in showing the map and videos and in running visitor statistics according to your choice (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Google processes the data it receives this way under its privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy), and it may be transferred to the USA under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Links

Tickets and social media

Tickets are sold on the sellers’ websites (for example GoOut, NFCTRON or Eventlook), and the website also links to our Facebook and Instagram profiles. These sites open only when you click a link, and their operators process data there under their own policies. Our website contains no tracking elements of social networks or advertising systems.

E-mail

When you write to us

If you send us an e-mail, we process your e-mail address, the content of the message and any data you include in it so that we can reply and handle your request. The legal basis is steps prior to entering into a contract where the message concerns, for example, renting the club (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), otherwise our legitimate interest in handling your message (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We keep messages as long as necessary to handle the request and the follow-up communication and, if a contract is concluded, for as long as the law requires. The provider of our mailbox receives the data as our processor.

Your rights

What you can ask for

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access your personal data (Art. 15),
• have inaccurate data rectified (Art. 16),
• erasure (Art. 17),
• restriction of processing (Art. 18),
• data portability (Art. 20),
• object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21),
• withdraw your consent at any time (Art. 7(3)).

Just write to us at info@distriktprague.cz. We will reply without undue delay, within one month at the latest. Data in the server logs and in Google Analytics is linked only to an IP address or a random identifier, so without further information from you we may not be able to find you in it (Art. 11 GDPR).

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, uoou.gov.cz.

Other

Additional information

Providing personal data is neither a statutory nor a contractual requirement. The technical data described above is needed for the website to deliver its pages to you; consent to analytics cookies is voluntary, and you can use the website without restriction without it.

There is no automated decision-making or profiling. The connection to the website is encrypted (HTTPS). We may update this policy; the current version is always on this page.
