JILUKA rule today’s visual kei metal and, after their triumph at Rock for People 2025, they are back! Theatricality, extravagant costumes and a solid dose of heavy music — all of that awaits you on 11 September 2026 at DISTRIKT.

The Japanese band formed in 2015 with Ricko (vocals), Sena (guitar), Boogie (bass) and Zyean (drums), a line-up that has lasted to this day. Although they were first pigeonholed as visual kei deathcore, their distinctive approach eventually created a category of its own: visual kei modern metal.

Their debut album Metamorphose saw the light of day in 2018, and a year later they released a cover album featuring, for example, the hit “U.S.A.” and the cult anime opening “Fukai Mori”.

They soon outgrew their own genre and came up with a new sound they call electro gothic metal. They have played across Europe and the USA and supported metalcore band IMMINENCE on tour. Now they are setting out on their own tour, during which they will also play their newest single “DeViLs”.
